Terms and conditions - Déneigement Loyal

1. Snow removal services will be performed following snowfalls of 5 cm or more, according to the professional judgment of Déneigement Loyal. The client must allow access to the driveway at all times, day and night.
2. Service includes moving or blowing snow within the designated areas only. Snow hauling, sanding, salting, de-icing and manual shoveling are not included unless specified. Ice, freezing rain, drifting snow or roof snow accumulation are excluded. A safety distance of approximately 2 feet will be left from structures (garage, tempo, stairs, etc.).
3. This contract is valid from November 1st to April 1st or until a total snowfall accumulation of 250 cm as recorded in Montreal, QC. Additional snowfall may result in prorated extra charges.
4. Any additional service request outside regular visits will be billed separately. Snow added to cleared areas after service may result in additional charges.
5. A $50 fee applies to all returned or exchanged cheques. Overdue balances are subject to a 6% monthly administrative fee.
6. Failure to comply with these terms or make payments may result in immediate cancellation of services without refund. Client cancellations are subject to a maximum refund of 50%. Any abusive, aggressive, threatening, or defamatory behavior toward the company or its employees, including any form of online or social media harassment, will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the contract without refund.
7. The client is responsible for removing or identifying any objects hidden under the snow, including bins, flower pots, extension cords and electric vehicle charging cords. Déneigement Loyal is not responsible for damages caused by hidden objects, fragile surfaces, asphalt, gravel, rust, unmarked grass or icy conditions causing equipment to slide. Any damage claims must be reported before May 1st.
8. If vehicles obstruct the driveway, only accessible areas will be serviced. Gravel driveways or grass parking areas will only be serviced when the ground is frozen.
9. Manual shoveling and walkway clearing, if included, will be performed at the end of snowfalls only.
10. Any payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
